You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, the customer must pay the return shipping costs.
Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
Bontend offers a limited warranty that guarantees all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period what is specified in the description and the manual of product from the date of purchase.
This limited consumer warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in the new Bontend product accompanied by this warranty statement. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the replacement of the defective product. Amazon orders return/refund must be processed through Amazon.com within 30 days of the delivery date.
Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use, as well as any used or refurbished products. The warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product. We are not responsible for any product that is not manufactured by Bontend, including, without limitation, any non-Bontend product that is used in connection with the product.

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will repair or replace your Bontend product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BONTEND MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BONTEND OR ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF BONTEND HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BONTEND HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE IN THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE DEVICES.
